Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your new hat, but if you aren't, we've got you covered and will gladly accept returns.  All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached and packaging materials. Returns after 30 days are only available for merchandise credit.

Cover the original shipping label with a return label and return it to us in the original shipping carton.  We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail.

 

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is the result of a Legends by Turner error.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered.  Customer alterations of any kind, special orders, and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned.  Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn.  Items identified as "final sale" in the product detail cannot be returned. Legends by Turner is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from Legends by Turner.

Be sure to include all of your information so we can process your return/exchange as quickly as possible. Please fill out and return the enclosed Packing Slip with your order and under Return Procedure please indicate the appropriate reason code.
